well maybe someone needs to tell the nurses at the hospital that. I actually heard different time frames. But I haven't used instant since I left the hospital.

However, Warmed formula may be stored at room temperature for a maximum of 1 hour

I was told it can be left out open for 1 hour, any longer than that toss it

a nurse told me it is good for at least 4 hours after opened

yes it can be left out.open for a hr before its goes bad
