I've had painful sex from the begining too and I'm a couple days away from delivering I've just had an an on going UTI and finally I think the antibiotics have worked for me because the past couple of days I've been having sex with my husband and it doesn't hurt nearly as bad as it did through out my entire pregnancy

@maceysmommy, I do know I have a UTI, but didn't think that had anything to do with it. I'm almost 27w, and sex has hurt since like 8w.

Yes ma'am I've had a UTI my entire pregnancy and it keeps me from having sex, there is a pretty good chance you might have an infection..
