I think when you start pushing. But depending on how much room is in there, the doc can allow others.
My doc said 2 people and I had 4 in there when my first was born. It really at the doc's discretion.

well I had my son 4 years ago and had like 4 people in the room but she. I started pushing only had one... but this is a new hospital same branch though if it makes sense. lol @soon2bmomof3 @canaryv

Every hospital works differently and if there's space, you could probably get the dr to allow more people 👍🏻 my sister had 5 people when she pushed :)
