...and don't get me started on dependents. If you aren't providing food, shelter, and necessities for yourself, swallow the attitude and deal until you untuck your feet and stand on your own. (No need to justify your situation...I'm speaking on MY family right now.) YES you will clean the house and NO you will not necessarily receive a thank you. Adults don't get stars on a chart for helping run the household. You WILL have a warm place to sleep, food to eat, and safe transportation to your appointments. Plus I'm a sweetheart so you'll have someone who cares to listen. But what you WON'T do is bad mouth me or my husband, because we didn't ask you to be here, and we won't lose sleep if you leave. Ungrateful is ugly. If you're an adult, NOT disabled, and depending on someone else, you're just a scab.
