I checked my blood sugar before breakfast and it was 123. They want it between 60 and 90. Last night it was good at 119. Guess we will see what it is in 40 minutes.

Oh ok. what do they tell u to do if ur sugars aren't where they want them?

well i go to the high risk OB Wednesday so i will know more then. right now they just want a week of numbers to see if there is a trend.

I had GD with my first child and once I learned what I could and couldn't eat my numbers were fine. Did you meet with a nutritionist to help know what foods are best to eat and to help learn about actual portion control.

@bjeff, yes but i was already doing most of it. But i had PCOS before getting pregnant so that put me at risk.
