question! ill be 20 weeks tomorrow and all this morning ive been having a lot of pressure in my lower abdomin. it doesn't hurt like round ligament pain does its just very uncomfortable. it almost feels as if the baby is just pushing and pushing and pushing. any ideas on what it could be?

I had that feel and it was my kidneys it was swelled and had a blockage but it's not dangerous as long as it's that. they told me to just rest and lay on the opposite side. but get it checked for sure
