Hi everyone! I'm new to this app. My husband and I are expecting our first child in Sept. and we are VERY excited :) I'm a full time grad student and I will be graduating May 2017 with my Masters degree, so it's going to be a busy year for us! I'm around 8 weeks and I have my first appointment Feb. 1!
This is gonna be my first, but I want 2. :)
I'm going to a dance club tomorrow night. For the first time in my adult life ?. I'm really excited. What outfit should I wear?
Birth Plan Rant I used to be all about getting an epidural, but after research and thinking about it more I want to have an unmedicated birth (this is my first baby). What annoys me is when I say that I'm going to TRY my hardest to have a natural and unmedicated birth people always feel the need to say that I'm crazy or that I'm going to change my mind when I get in that position. Or that epidurals are the best. I do realize that plans change, but why can't people be supportive and encouraging?
This is actually How I came up with my first daughters name. lol.. ????

@sophiamarie when you go into your appointment see if your insurance covers the chromosome test. It's done after 10weeks, it checks for disorders but also tells you the gender of the baby I found out around 13weeks, takes 10days to get results.
