They will see that he is not being serious or responsible. It'll mostly (if not all be in your favor) courts don't like when you waste their time. Which is what your ex is doing @adamsmaaa

He thinks he's so slick but if he wants my son alone, he should freakin have contact with me. He will never reply to even one msg. He should have told me he wasn't able to come. Its not easy. I had to go through child support and custody with my ex for my first son. Itll be worth it though in the long run since you've made an effort in going and showing up. Everything gets documented @adamsmaaa

@alicia3_21, no! Cuz it put me thru a lot! The attorneys just changed the date! So now I have to go AGAIN and arrange babysitting for Adam. His attorney is such a JERK. He couldn't have let me know in advance ! Made me show up for nothing! See how ignorant him and his attorney are. Just goes to show how guilty they are! Putting me thru such a hassle
