the most painful part of labor was probably all while i was dilated to 1 after 1 everything was great never felt a thing....but holy Sss the healing process of after birth :( my lord...they should give you pain killers

Some hospitals do! I had a completely natural birth then once I had him I got a low grade Vicodin. xD
