Woke up in agony last night tried to roll to the right and had really sharp pains then I couldn't roll back...not had as much movement today think I'll have a bath see if she gives me a wriggle 😕

I did the same hun but coughed and pulled something it was agony. touch wood bean seems lively enough now. hope u are ok. xxx
