he stopped completely for 4 months and started again like 3 weeks ago and its been nonsop ever since, I thought we were past that

I hear u and I don't mind it hear and there but when its a constant hourly basis it becomes excessive and then I feel like there's no respect

exactly! like he can't just keep it to a weekend or whatever, he does it just to do it, when he wakes up, after dinner, after work, before bed and in between (just constantly) and its a huge turn off too, he forgets stuff and doesn't even (hear) me when I talk to him, its like he's brain dead when he's high, it gets me so annoyed, like dude there's a time and a place for that

he'll go in a corner of the room and smoke or even the bathroom and I don't want to be reminded of it all the time either, like he's od and excessive

Approach him calmly, explain how you feel without me being accusing ( because he will most likely get defensive) and try to come to a compromise.
