this was maybe two weeks ago,but my baby girl ( 8 months ) has been getting red cheeks on and off,when I first realized it that week her temp was spiking up & down to the 100's but she just has red cheeks and there kind of dry but no spikining temp.
but now where there red it's not just rosey it's like kind of red spotty ..

She may be allergic to something or be too hot

It could be an allergy like @chhaya said, or teething or eczema! my daughter has bad eczema 😕

I do believe she had eczema when she was a newborn but it wasn't bad. and she is teething. and i haven't used anything different with her. and she's acting completely normal even when her temp was spiking
