so my daughter is 14 months and is no longer sleeping through the night. when we were back home visiting family my daughter slept in a toddler bed instead of a crib and slept all night and since we've been back for the last month, she won't sleep through the night anymore. idk what to do. and I am pregnant and I just want to sleep

have you tried not letting her sleep through the day? or just letting her take one nap during the day but she has to get up at latest 4 pm then wear her out nd til 10-11 pm let her sleep

She only does take one nap and I've tried everything. the only way I've gotten her to sleep through the night is giving her some melatonin in her milk at night

if you live near family or friends that have kids, go visit that way your daughter plays with other little kids and maybe that's all she needs, kids her age to wear her out. cuz I play with my 16 month boy but I see he loves playing with kids his age better and gets more tired @kay.forsha
