Anyone else going thru nasal congestion during their pregnancy? My nose has been stuffed for the past two weeks. I'm miserable 😩 i can't sleep at night because I can't breathe. It sucks to eat because I can't breathe( I don't let that stop me tho, I'm always hungry lol) but seriously it's terrible. On top of that I'm sneezing all day long too! I'm trying Vicks vapor rub tonight so hopefully that gives me some relief. I'm ready to rip my damn nose off!

Mine was like that a few weeks ago. My Dr said use a humidifier, sleep kind of sitting up to help sinuses drain properly. and use the nose spray with saline

definitely everything @baby_adilynne_6316 said. I also got relief from a netipot. have you heard of those? look it up on youtube. they look so weird but I was desperate and it worked! lol

Someone told me today about a netipot today and I was like ewww I'm not doing that lol but I'm willing to try it at this point I'm ready to cry from being miserable not being able to breathe. @mommaz I'm going to try sleeping upright and a nasal spray hopefully it works. @mommaz, Yessss my Dr also told me to try the netipot if it didn't stop. @jordydefrank absolutely girl, us mommies are in this together :) Hope you feel better

I've been congested my entire 24 weeks...sudefed, breathe right strips and afrin have become my best friends
