12 weeks! I'm trying so hard to not go by heart rate 😭. My sister had two boys and they were in the 160-170@danikah

I wouldn't go on it yet then. maybe next month. boys are lower and girls are way higher. my son was 160s+ before but around 15 weeks dropped to 150s 140s and now I'm 5 months.

maybe boy of your only 12 weeks that's exactly what my boy was... congrats tho 😀
