yes if you ask your obgyn or primary doc they will give u home remedies sheets of paper u can do. they the calendar thing and some other stuff can also read about it online. google it!!! lol good luck really wanted this belly for a long time!! :)
Depends on how long you've been trying, with my situation my doctor put me on birth control for 6 weeks, no inactive days, and I got pregnant 2 weeks after I finished the pills! But I had also been trying for 10 years, good luck and baby dust 😃
