She's really just going to have to do it herself, when she wants to. I was in a very similar situation for 3 years and it sounds soooo stupid but when you're in the position you don't listen to anyone else, you just have to be a good friend and be there for her and let her make her own mistakes.

She still blinded by love. It might hurt you to see your best friend hurt but sometimes issues like that they need to go through it alone or they'll end up resenting you for some odd reason.
