@ftm020216, I have them a lot and my dr told me to drink more water because dehydration can cause them to be more frequent.
You're welcome:) of course everyone is different so definitely keep an eye on them!
My dr and I were talking yesterday because I have been getting them. She said that if they are not consistent then they are not real. Like if you get them at weird intervals. Like say 3 in the morning and the one at night.. Like there's no pattern. If they do have a pattern she said switching position or taking a warm bath will fix them unless they are real:) if nothing eases them she told me that they are probably real.
@mommaoftwo22514, i was standing when i first felt it, so i sat dwn and it stopped, but started bck
no they could be contractions just not close together. how many minutes apart are they?
if they continue when you switch how your sitting or get up they are real @ftm020216
@nati86, how to tell the difference.?? . these aren't that close together so i thought they were false contractions
@sparnell, that could be my problem.. i crave Root beer
