I have a heating pad that I'm laying on. It helped when I took a shower earlier but once I got out the pain came back. So I'm just using the heating pad and resting. Contemplating taking Tylenol.
No it's just a normal heating pad. It has settings on it to control how hot it gets. I used it when I was passing a kidney stone a couple weeks ago and my doctor said it's fine for me to use heat for pain. Maybe double check with your doctor? It helps me a lot. I'll take a picture of it

I like this one because it has auto shut off because I usually fall asleep lol
