in absolute agony with my back though, anyone know what I can do about it? at the end of the day I'm in tears because of the pain... been taking paracetamol but it doesn't help at all :(

im 33 weeks sunday and my back and ribs have me in tears most night nithing much we can do besides stretch and get our oh to massage us @nillasworld  Xx
