anyone else get terrible head ache's that just won't go away? I'm miserable 😕😢

see I drink a gallon of water a day and I still have these headaches that are almost debilitating

I've woken up with the 'hungover" feeling for about a week and it's awful..I already drink so much water I'm up at night peeing every hour :(
