My son today (almost 3 months old) is having trouble pooping. It's been 2 or 3 days since his last one. But he's gone two times today but they were dry and hard/sticky. I have a picture but I don't think many of u want to see so I'll put it in the comment. So WARNING!! What should I do? I feel bad for him because his face gets super red when he's pushing and cries. 😥

try 1/2tbsp prune juice. if hes on formula mix it right with that. if hes close to 4months u could do 2 ounces apple juice with 2 ounces water thats wat i do w my son
