Girls, any help for my poor hubs?
He has mild depression and it hits him randomly through out the days. One day he can be happy and all talkative then the next day he wakes up dull and not talking to no one. The way he thinks in his depression is that he's not good enough for me, or that life isn't as great as it should be. To me, that's nothing crazy but in his mind it's so much worse. Now here's the problem, he smokes weed at night so he can relax and not overthink. He's responsible with his smoking, he doesn't abuse it or spending all his money on it, on the contrary, he gets it for free. Anyways, there was an accident at his job where a coworker crashed and they're going to drug test him. So he wants to lay off the weed to only weekends but he told me he's scared of his depression hitting him again and getting worse. I try my best to cheer him up but it doesn't work, it only helps just a little 😞 he refuses to take pills since his sister has them and her doses keep doubling. Is there ANYTHING he can do to help? I don't know what to do anymore 😩 (sorry for the lengthy post, I really need help 😞)

My man deals with the same thing all I can say is be supportive and super understanding . There's not much u can do u just have to be there for him and love him and show him your love for him .

Yeah, honestly all you can do is keep reminding him that he is good enough for you and he makes you happy, like reminding him everyday I mean, & letting him know that him doubting things and thinking negatively in that way, will only lead to negative things. Remain positive and positive things will happen.

@ketymrtnz, I know I feel the same way when he gets like that but there's not much you can do ma . Just keep him strong u guys are a couple .

Thanks girls 😞 @gennbby @taestasia it's just hard cause it's like running in a damn circle, I try and try, but then he hits me with the "but you know... Blah blah blah" just constantly putting himself down. It pisses me off cause i always end up repeating myself and making the situation worse, especially now that I'm pregnant, my patience is on the floor .😩
