track your cervical fluid. when it's this your fertile. I used the ovia app to help track my fertile days and also used ovulation tests.

@mama_mara I just downloaded that app today it is pretty cool ,, @strawberrydelight23 ahhh yes I read about that too, I just love doing research about how our bodies work

I mean I'm not pregnant but I'm not 100% sure if it because I've taken tests that say negative but I still get these lower back aches that feel like where I can tell where my ovaries would be like thats how I feel that they feel and sometimes the pain radiates into my hips I've felt nauseous a few times but I think it was cause I'm hungry I do pee alot but not every 10 minutes but within a hour I'll be about 2 to 3 times maybe and I had light spotting that was pinkish to orangish in color then I think I started my period but it was much much milder than my normal which last for 5 days but this time it was 4 days and I usually have to use a overnight pad with ultra tampons and change every hour or 2 but with this one I could've used a regular maxi pad and no tampon but I considered it a period because tissue passed but idk

I became irregular in november

my last one was December 29 @strawberrydelight23. it only lasted r days and was very mild compared to my normal ones

try the glow app, it's great for ttc. you can monitor your cervix on your own but you'll need to check it everyday around the same time for about a cycle or two just to get to know yourself down there. glow has lots of tips and facts it shares with you, I enjoyed it but the community was rude. I stopped going there because of the drama.
