So I live in a condo and the land owners made new rules. The rules are ambiguous and conflicting. I think they want only one parking spot per condo unit but the way it is worded it also makes it sound like one parking spot per tenant (which means one for me and one for my boyfriend). Rules say if you violate them you'll get a fine plus your car towed at your expense. PLUS these rules conflict with the rules in the lease. It's so frustrating. I wish we could move. Boyfriend says if either of our cars get towed we can fight it and most likely win because of how ambiguous/conflicting the rules are and because it can be interpreted multiple ways. Ugh. Not to mention our tiles are still broken after nearly a month and 3 phone calls about it later. It's such a safety hazard. So stressed and annoyed and unsure about it all
