I think some people are just good at talking/working with teens.. I'm def not. Back when I was in nursing school and working with troubled teens, they totally could take advantage of me. Lol. Maybe cause I'm really short and nice. Haaha easy target.

You gotta be on a certain level with them to get respect.. Like caring but take no bs. 😊
