I have this horrible dull aching back pain on the left side of my back, could it be back labor? I've been dealing with it since yesterday. I'm also having some cramping/contractions.

it could just mean that you're in early labor. unless the cramps or contractions come more regular and get stronger then don't worry

@jillmichelle, I was just at l&d for that the other night haha. The dr told me if I was able to move around and talk through them then they were your body just getting ready for labor. 😊
