@javiersmom, Has the baby had any problems? I was doing some reading and the contract rate for infants that received the pertussis vaccine was higher than that of the ones who didn't. I've just been curious.
when my daughter was born I told them they can only give her the vitamin k shot. I felt no need for the hep. b shot. like wtf she just came out the womb and you wanna give her that?! but she has gotten the rest of her shots throughout the year.
@javiersmom, thank you :) @mdomke22, yes I read that babies can't even produce antibodies until after 6 months of age so the idea of giving a minute-old newborn a shot given so a person can build antibodies against whichever disease is ridiculous.
