@dijah_j.r, I don't worry about the baby because she can't feel it lol but when I'm on top I like to be able to lean down and kiss and hug him, I just feel like it makes it more intimate, and I can't do that now at 32 weeks lol and other positions we've tried make my hips hurt and pop out of place

try letting him do what he wants more than what you want when you give it to him. obviously tell him if he's hurting you, what I mean is like, if he wants to go harder/softer, faster/slower, doggy style/missionary, etc., let him do what he wants. I let my man move how he wants as long as he's not hurting me and he really enjoys it. mine isn't the type to make any noise during, but I can tell by the way he touches me and moves whether or not he's enjoying it
