I know I have social anxiety, depression and I am moody but I don't believe I have bipolar nor am I borderline personality disorder. However, I was told I did. I just read an article about a woman who has 3 disorders of which I am said to have. She is in jail. I'm just over thinking things I guess but I want to know how others handle themselves with these disorders.

I'm bipolar with mix pyscosis, anxiety, and mix personally. and being the mother of a rambunctious 4yo also. lol

@rojotorres, quite times. I either lock my self in my room and have loud music for a few. when he was younger I did the same , made sure he was save in his crib. I took a bath with him it normally calmed both of us. or now I'll have him go play outside or put on a DVD for him and go read or the music thing. call my mom or dad and have him talk to him
