my husbands mom favors her daughters kids over her other sons kids and I'm just so pissed that she does this...how does my brother in law explain to his 4 and 6 year old boys that grandma is "too busy" for them??? :( my heart hurts for them and I don't want that for my daughter either. any other mamas have nana (MIL) probs? lol

My MIL favors our oldest over my daughter and my nephew. And it will always be that way because she feels entitled to him because she "helped" raise him with my husband. If you would even call seeing him long enough to feed him bathe him and put him to bed raising him. A total of 2 hours a night for 4 months before I came into the picture.

my mil is kind of the same, she favors her daughters child over her two sons children one of which I have children with. I live with her, and she does everything for her daughter and granddaughter, but barely nothing when it comes to our kids.

My mil will openly say that our oldest is her favorite. It makes me so mad every time. But husband is an only child so nothing like that for us
