does anyone know of some teas that are safe to drink? I miss drinking my mint leaf tea and chamomile…

I drink hot tea with lemon and honey.

I still drink chamomile tea. Not always but whenever i need too. Just dont over do it.

I miss my teas too. I don't drink any now because I've read so many contradicting things about herbal teas and pregnancy. some things say some are safe and some say none are safe. however, my doctor gave me this brochure with information on safe medications and such, one them that I remember is safe is chamomile tea. I don't chance it because of the stuff I've read on Google (Google will scare the shit out of you btw) but that's just my personal choice.

Oh yes girl I Googled it and it changes so I'm like is it safe or not lol so I just don't and um yes Google does scare the shit out of you I Googled something and I can say was the biggest mistake ever@maybaby2016
