So my blood pressure is generally around 120/70 give or take a couple. Right now my BP is 139/84 and my doctor said she had some concerns with possibly having preeclampsia. I'm having so much anxiety and just had the worst panic attack I've had since before getting pregnant. Idk what to do. I don't want to hurt myself or my baby.

I had preeclampsia and they induced me at 37 weeks. Just be glad you didn't get it early in pregnancy. You are far enough along that you and baby will be fine. If they are worried about you, they will induce:)

If you feel like your blood pressure is high, go to a Walgreens or pharmacy with a machine and test yourself. If it is high or you start having vision problems go to er. It will be ok:)
