I usually put my daughter down to bed at 10:45 -11:30 max and she wakes up at 7 or 8

my boys are out like a light by 7, 7:30 the latest and one always sleeps thru the night and his brother will wake up sometimes just once, have a bottle n back to bed. they're usually up by 7 and ready to go again

my daughter has her days where she may go to sleeo between 7 and 9 if she is real tired but in average she goes to sleep between 10 and 12 dependin on her bath and last bottle and she gets up after 8

my son usually goes to bed between 9-11 and wakes up around 7-8am

My son goes to bed around 8:30-9 and usually wakes up at 7:30-8am

I started my son on a schedule, he goes to bed around 8:30-9:00 sometimes he stays up if he isn't ready for bed.
