Heart palpitations.... I hate them.. they scare the shit out of my

Omg I had them my first pregnancy and wound up on a heart monitor for a month lol. There wasn't anything wrong apparently....just normal heart palpitations.

You get them too! I be scared as hell! Like I literally have to stop what I'm doing because I need to catch my breath and I get all hot.

@momof1.5, yea I've been to the hospital for them and of course they said nothing was wrong..

@jessica0830, Girl.... I panic every time... it just doesn't seem normal and now I have the worse headache. I didn't get these in my first pregnancy

I have a history of an issue with my heart so the cardiologist was just being extra careful. But yeah it's really normal. Try coughing when you get them. Typically stops the run of palpitations for me.

@momof1.5, I was diagnosed with anxiety/ panic disorder earlier this year and then depression after finding my grandmother passed away in April.. so my doc keeps telling me that's where mine are coming from

Hmmm possibly. Or just the fact that your heart is working in over drive due to pregnancy lol. But yes anxiety can cause palpitations too.

yea but I think its mostly pregnancy because I didn't have them before
