Difference between fertile and ovulation

ovulation is when you release an egg.

fertile means you have the ability to conceive

Fertile is the actual ability to ovulate I believe

I think you maybe misunderstanding. Fertile simply means you have eggs, and the ability to ovulate. Ovulation means you you have dropped your eggs and are more likely to get pregnant at time of ovulation

Fertile and ovulation are not different times
