I was taking anxiety medicine before I got pregnant & stopped it right after I found out I was expecting. However my doc wants me to go back on the medicine.. I'm kinda scared to take it since I am pregnant even tho she says it's ok. Anybody else taking anxiety medicine while pregnant??

Depends what it is. I was on an antidepressant while I was pregnant.

They took me off my antidepressant/anxiety cause they don't know how it would affect the pregnancy

I was on Prozac and stopped right before I got pregnant. my doctor wants me to remain off it, it can cause birth defects

right. that's why I'm afraid of taking it I don't want it to affect the pregnancy or cause birth defects. the nurse says I should be fine tho. blah idk what to do.
