my son had that problem too he would refuse to burp than he'd spit up. I started putting his belly on the top of my shoulder and patting from.his neck down and it worked for.us. I never gave him breaks unless he was burping.in between ounces

No I didn't kno I was supposed to take breaks

maybe to full ? do you take breaks while feeding him every 5 or 8 min? he's really tiny so maybe gets all full and you trying to burp him for a while makes him throw up
