Just keep taking your prenatels. It is still better than formula:) I didn't eat the best nursing and my baby thrived anyway! Also, the bonding that happens is so awesome and that has nothing to do with what you eat;)

I got prenatals at Kmart, no taste, pill form and they haven't made me nauseous or sick at all, maybe they'll work for you? They're Smart Sense Prenatals. I'm told that gummy prenatals aren't the best for you anyway so that's why I picked up pill form

I take vitafol one they r pretty big capsules but they don't have a taste lol
