I'm on my second period since having my little one and these cramps are killer! They feel like the afterbirth contractions! Ugh! Can't wait to get the iud back in!

The depo made me spot the whole time I was on it. The iud I spotted for the first month and then had very light 2day periods. It's very low maintenance and you don't have to worry about taking a silly pill every day or a shot every few months.
