I had a c section.. it's not so bad.

Can I am why you deliver so early? Is it your doctor's suggestion?

@lovemyson_610, oh ok after having two natural births I felt I had it down and now the unknown and not getting to hold my baby

@tracylevine00, because I have placenta previa and I've been having 5 contractions an hour for almost a month. They do not want my cervix to open and cause a bleed that is dangerous for me and baby... Basically my placenta would come out before the baby.. And I had a bleed yesterday

@rhonda.otero I understand. Mine wasn't a planned c section, but I was diagnosed with HELLP syndrome, and had to have an emergency c section at 38 weeks. I had to be put to sleep, so I didn't get to see my son until he was over 2 hours old - that was my least favorite part. The recovery isn't as horrible as you think. The worst part is when they push on your stomach to feel your uterus shrinking - same as vaginal delivery I would imagine. Just get up & walk as soon as they'll let you - usually the day after delivery. And get plenty of the 'hospital panties' bc they're the most comfortable ones lol.

@lovemyson_610, thanks for the tips! I will definitely keep this all in mind and yes that sucks two hours?! I am going to ask my husband to lay her on me and hold her lol so she can at least smell me
