Around 30 weeks my ob told me that my baby was big and to possibly look forward to a c-section. I didn't prep myself (although I should have) because it was a low percentage of me having one. went into natural labor but had to induce because the process was taking forever. 36 hours later, they told me I had to have one because she's been in there to long and she flipped back around during a contraction. the healing process was bad (for me) but 2.5 months after having her, I was getting better. everyone's is different. definitely read up on cesareans because a lot that came with it after, I wasn't aware of.

I had one with my first child...because my pelvic bones we're too small for him to pass through. I would break them, rupture and bleed out. your uterus by being weak can also mean rupture for you while trying to deliver naturally. your cervix can tear...

Yikes he told me that my cervix is posterior && I've only dilated to a 2 so basically your saying c section is the way to go unless told otherwise

more than likely, but not quite... just cuz it's posterior doesn't mean you won't be able to deliver naturally, it just means your cervix is more towards your back then front which makes it harder for him to reach...but it's not impossible. but for your doc it may be best to do a cesearan just to keep everybody out of harms way
