When I see yellow/greenish snot coming out of my babies nose I crank up that humidifier and keep it on all day. I also put the saline in his nose and suck a lot out. My doctor said don't do it to often because it can cause irritation and swelling.

Yellow snot just means she's fighting the infection.

She went to the dr yesterday, he said it was a common cold and didn't see any signs of rsv, to watch her if she got worse or if her temp got high. Only thing that has change is the color or her congestion. I'm so stressed it unreal. Poor baby is having to get her nose salined and sucked out about every 2 1/2- 3 hrs

sounds like allergies to me. you could call your peds office and talk to a nurse.
