I've tried everything but depo and I would say the pill it's has less effects on ya body. Nuva wasn't bad if u don't mind trying to find it up there lol

Ortho-tri- cycklen was my best friend, it's the pill, but I'm debating on trying the patch possibly after baby boys born.
