oh my ! Yes Joshua gets nervous as well. this is both of our first child, we lost our first one . Butttt he still let's me express myself any way that I need to . lol. and dance is definitely my way of expression! omg have you tried yoga or meditation?

lol no you won't, show him some comfort videos off of YouTube or even information from the doctor. you have to enjoy evverryy minute of this beautiful miracle!

But meditation helps since you can't do anything anyway lol
