If any of you women that have been pregnant before give me advice this is my first pregnancy plz thanks women you can comment or message me
best advice I got when I was pregnant (ftm here to but she's now almost 8mns) was 'was life ain't ment to be a bed roses, and neither is child bearing, birthing or rearing' and so far she's right. so as the others have said don't stress to much, ask questions even if the question seems silly as pregnancy brain is a phenomena that happens. (I once asked when I was supposed to get the stretch marks, then once my belly went down I found them -,- bahaha) we be here for each other. and congrats!
It really is okay to call your doctor if you have concerns, if you have a good doctor like mine, no question or concern is stupid to her.... Enjoy! @al924
DO NOT RELY ON GOOGLE. ..and what everybody else about appt and taking your vitamins
Breathe. Enjoy the experience. Don't rush. Don't panic. DON'T l read "What To Expect When You're Expecting." Trust your body. Know your rights. Educate yourself on all things birth. Ask questions. Get second opinions. Watch "The Business of Being Born" multiple times. DO read "Birthing From Within" and "Ina May's Guide to Childbirth." Don't panic at every twinge; those are supposed to happen. Feel confident and beautiful; you are doing something miraculous with your body. Know how strong you are. Don't really eat for 2. Make healthy and wise decisions. Don't let every doctor/nurse/midwife you meet give you a vaginal exam. If you're uncomfortable, change providers. Have a birth plan. Get a doula. Celebrate! You created life! ♡
