I put him in his walker or bouncer in the bathroom with me while I shower. The steam helps him and he likes talking babyish to me

I shower once every other day

honestly anytime you want you can take a bath when baby sleeping napping (leave doors open or have a baby monitor) or ask for family help to watch baby when you shower
