I'm not entirely sure on this but I don't believe it's recommended because it can have adverse affects on you and baby. like I said not 100% sure. I'd have to look it up.
i can call my lactation counselor in the morning.but she told me about a different brand and where to get it from.i was looking at the bottle and it said that pregnant nor nursing women should take it.
@kdcmommy26, I've never tried it so I have no personal experience what so ever with it. I've heard it can give the baby stomach issues. they should be able to tell you more. it may be just certain brands or something.
