is 139 over 85 good or bad blood pressure

mine is always 120 over 80 and my doc said that's okay

also how did you check your blood pressure? manual cuff or automatic?

I work on ambulance and normally anything 140-90 on your systolic I'd consider ok. I've seen some crazy bp and yours isn't bad. your systolic is slightly elevated but there are different factors that can be causing that.
