I really wish I could just get pregnant , I would kill at the chance to be a mommy. 😔

my boyfriend and I were trying and trying and nothing was happening and we were even tracking my ovulation. and then we stopped trying and boom now I'm 10 weeks 3 days

we stopped trying 2 months ago.
